Silent Hills Vineyard (SHV) is focused on providing high-quality wine, locally grown and produced. SHV is in the Santa Cruz Mountain AVA (appellation) where we grow the grapes, harvest and then deliver to our bonded partner, La Honda Winery.  After the wine is produced and barrel aged at La Honda, we bottle and return to Silent Hills Vineyard’s cave for bottle aging.
